Food & Drink Awards
The aim of our Food & Drink awards is to promote, recognise, and reward the talents, imagination and quality of food produced within the area. This presents an ideal opportunity for local establishments and chefs to showcase the very finest they have to offer. Categories range from young chef, restaurant to pub or independent retailer. We want to celebrate localness, this is why this is a nomination process from the general public and then judged by visits, where provenance, quality, value for money and service are all taken into account.
